Forest school January 2024

During our forest school sessions we have started looking at winter birds in Britain and tried to identify them.  We have also had a go at weaving birds nests which proved quite tricky. The children have shown lots of interest in participating in the big bird watch, so it will be interesting to hear about what they see at home. They have also enjoyed the usual activities of exploring the mud kitchen recipes and activities, den building, construction of loose parts, tree climbing, bug hunting and carving.
