In our topic ‘A Sense of Place’, we have been practising using watercolours to create different tones and hues of blues and greens. Once we had mastered this, we created a watercolour paining of a simple landscape. The children took care with their equipment and paid attention to the varying tones and hues to create their landscapes. They had great fun!
