Forest School Autumn Term 2022

The children have had a wonderful start to our Autumn Term Forest School. We have participated in team building activities such collaborative art and den building, used our imagination to create dens for the forest fairies, planted out our lovely new allotment with a variety of salad vegetables and planted the new trees we won in a bid from the wildlife trust. All the children enjoyed a whole day of outdoor learning where the activities included making autumn crowns, making a wormery and bug hotel, leaf garlands, potion making in the mud kitchen and of course toasting marshmallows over the firepit. The children have also loved using the equipment that has been provided by the PTFA during our summer renovation project.
