Shape Detectives
Reception went on a shape hunt around the school 5th found lots of circles, rectangles and squares. It was slightly harder to find triangles but the children spotted them in places such as on signs or on our door code box. Great work Reception!
Which common appliances run on electricity?

Canal Trust Assembly
We had a lovely assembly yesterday morning with Canal Trust. We learned all about being safe by the water and what to do if someone gets into any difficulty. The last photo has a website address on with more information about water safe.

Canal and River Trust Assembly
Today we enjoyed our assembly ran by the Canal and River Trust.
We discovered how to be safe in and around water and identified how we could help in an emergency.

Family History
The Year 1 and 2 children have had a lovely afternoon creating a coat of arms for their families and creating family posters. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our family history afternoon.
Stubby Lees Carol Singing
