Our new science topic is all about celebrations and the first one we explored was Halloween. We went on a spider web hunt around our outside area and investigated the shapes and structures of them. Then back inside the classroom we made sticky webs of our own. We then tested these structures by throwing giant pom poms at them to see if our webs passed the spider’s test.
