Our much-loved obstacle course with a difference returned this term in a cloud of colour. The
Colour Run has always been a firm favourite with little and big kids alike, and this one was
no exception. The whole spectrum of participants joined us for our colourful celebration. We
saw new starters joining for the first time, along with soon-to-be leavers and past pupils too.
Parents and teachers got stuck in, and even our headteacher, Mr Wynn, couldn’t resist a
run!
The event was a ‘hues’ success – the sun was shining and the colours shone even brighter.
There wasn’t a clean t-shirt in the house! We loved that so many wanted to be part of the
action – some a little too keen to blast their children with paint! The afternoon ended with a
whole school colour throw, filling the air with a rainbow haze and squeals of delight. Many
memories made to last a lifetime – or until next year!
Once again, we are so grateful to have such a vibrant, valuable team who make these
events so special. We couldn’t do it without you all. Another happy day at the Howard!
