What happens to light when it passes through different transparent objects?

Key stage 1 have loved learning about Sir Isaac Newton. This week they investigated why we can see a rainbow when light passed through a prism and how rainbows are formed. They then had a go at making rainbows using a glass of water and a light source. Such a colourful lesson packed with great scientific learning. Well done years 1 & 2.
