Investigating water resistance with play doh shapes

This week in science class 3 investigated how the surface area of shapes affected how fast they sank or floated. They designed a fair test creating their own shapes to investigate. We then used the knowledge from the test to create a streamlined boat from foil. Whose boat will win the race?
