This week we have held our transition day. We were sad to loose our wonderful year 2 children but we were very excited to meet our new friends who will be joining us in class 2 in September. To get ready for our first topic, traditional tales, the children began by guessing what our topic would be by pulling items out a bag and putting the clues together. Then they took part in activities linked to Goldilocks and the three bears, and The three little pigs. They practised huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf and building houses as a team to keep the wolf out. So much fun together and this is just the start!
